I just purchased a class in the CL iOS app, where is it?

You should be able to find your new class under Owned Classes, if you do not see them after purchase then you may need to troubleshoot!
  1. Make sure you're signed in with the correct account. You can see the email address under the cog icon on the Home view.
  2. Close the app by double tapping the device Home button and swiping the app to the top. Then reopen it and make sure you're connected.
  3. Restart your device. 
  4. Check for app updates in the App Store and install them if available.
  5. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If you still cannot see your purchased classes after these steps, please contact support@creativelive.com with details and your email address.
