How do I download classes to my desktop?
To download your individually purchased classes from creativelive.com, please use the following steps:
- Log into your CreativeLive account (https://www.creativelive.com/settings/login)
- Go to the My Classes tab (https://www.creativelive.com/my-classes)
- Click on the class you want to view
- To download lessons, click on the "Down Arrow" to the right of the Lessons bar:
- Click on the corresponding download option for SD (Standard Definition) or HD (High Definition):
Note: If you purchased your class via the CreativeLive iOS app, you will not have the ability to download classes for offline viewing on creativelive.com. You will have to perform all downloading on the iOS app itself. If you require offline downloads for desktop, please reach out to support@creativelive.com for assistance.
Additionally, the Creator Pass does not offer offline access at this time, except via the iOS app via an iPhone or iPad. Please use this link to see how to download to your iOS device if you are a Creator Pass subscriber.
