Try the Low Bandwidth Option on the video player:
If the above does not help, please try the following steps:
1. Try a different internet browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
2. Try updating your internet browser
3. Try restarting your computer
4. Try restarting your modem or router
5. Try updating your flash player
6. On the video window highlight over the "resolution" along the bottom right corner of the video player to select a different bandwidth option. This may take a moment to update within your browser.
If the above steps do not solve the issue, please right-click on the video player. There will be a "Report playback issues" option come up. Please click on that box and select the appropriate option. This will send a specific report to our streaming provider (Ustream.tv). This will provide the data we need to identify if there are any broader issues.
