Video does not load, or pauses intermittently on iOS App

Oh no! If your video playback is having errors within the app, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Please make sure you’re connected to WIFI or a cell network and you have a good connection.
2. Close the app by double tapping the device Home button and swiping the app to the top. Then reopen it and make sure you're connected.
4. Restart your device.
5. Check for app updates in the App Store and install them if available.
6. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app.
