My CreativeLive iOS app doesn’t launch

Oh no! If the app is not launching on your mobile device, please try the following troubleshooting steps:


1. Please make sure you’re connected to WIFI or a cell network and you have a good connection.
2. Make sure you're signed in with the correct account. You can see the email address under the cog icon on the Home view.
3. Close the app by double tapping the device Home button and swiping the app to the top. Then reopen it and make sure you're connected.
4. Restart your device.
5. Check for app updates in the App Store and install them if available.
6. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app.
