Please use the following link on your CL profile to request a password reset: https://www.creativelive.com/account/profile

EXAMPLE: 


Clicking this link will send an email to the address associated with your CreativeLive account. The email will contain a link to create a new password by logging you in to CreativeLive and taking you to the account page, where you can update your password.

The link within this email is valid for only 24 hours. If you don't receive this email within a couple of hours, we would recommend checking your spam folder as these emails sometimes get sent there.
